Vanvariexplains that training and education is a point of focus for the company this upcoming year. Several other employees are also currently training for their water damage course and are expected to be certified in the coming months.
According to Vanvari, two other Flood Services Canada employees will be taking courses to learn to use the Xactimate 28 software. Xactimate is the leading software used to estimate and invoice flood and fire emergency insurance claims.
“Xactimate has become an invaluable tool for us,” he adds. “The software is nationally recognized and approved in our field and we’re encouraging all our staff to familiarize themselves with the technology.”
