Flood Services Canada, the Greater Toronto Area’s leading 24-hour emergency flood, fire, and smoke damage restoration response service team, is pleased to announce it has relocated its corporate head office and warehouse from Vaughan to Toronto to meet strong business growth. The new Flood Services Canada office and warehouse is located at 126A Rivalda Road, Toronto, Ontario, M9M 2M8.
“After 15 successful years in Vaughan, Flood Services Canada is proud to announce it has relocated its head office and warehouse to Toronto to better serve its growing customer base,” says Chad Vanvari, president and owner of Flood Services Canada. “The greatly expanded warehouse space is necessary to accommodate our increasing inventory of equipment and additional storage space for pack-outs and contents.”
Flood Services Canada also recently acquired a number of new vehicles to help it better respond more quickly and efficiently to emergency water damage calls. These additions include another truck-mounted extraction/steam-clean unit vehicle and three more emergency response trucks.
Vanvari explains that Flood Services Canada also needed to relocate to expand its warehouse footprint. In addition to housing inventory and service vehicles, the company also needed a lot of space for pack-outs and contents. When properties are hit by fire, a flood, or sewage backup, it’s not just the structure that suffers extensive damage; the damage caused to personal belongings can also be devastating.
“Just because it looks like it may be unsalvageable doesn’t mean it is. At Flood Services Canada, we salvage as much of our clients’ personal belongings as possible, including furniture, electronics, and even important documents,” Vanvari adds. “Our IICRC-trained and certified technicians pack items with extreme care; move them to a secured, climate-controlled warehouse for safe storage; assess the situation; and determine whether restoration is possible.”
“At Flood Services Canada, we are committed to providing the Greater Toronto Area with the best 24-hour emergency flood, fire, and smoke damage restoration response service possible,” he concludes. “With our new office and expanded warehouse space in Toronto, we are better positioned to both serve our current clients and expand our services in new markets.”
